I tried using All order forms that come with whmcs v.8.1. Potential clients cannot select "Use my own domain" to order hosting because the order form does not permit the selection. Please tell me what works? I tried all themes including classic, default, Six and Twenty-one etc. With no luck. The default setting shows the whmcs banner as well. Help please as no one can order as it sits!

Hello, so i have a whmcs set up and when i go to reset my password it is disabled and will not allow people to press it, such as the image below. When i do change the template this issue is now fixed, but i also relised that if i was to remove a line of "disabled="disabled" it solves it and lets them change the password. Does anyone know what i would need to edit this template to solve this? Thanks

Hi, On our platform we have the pricing in a certain currency, but on the checkout page, if the client is not registered yet in our system, we want to force the currency to be changed to another one in which we normally invoice products and we did that in older versions of WHMCS by only letting the client select the invoicing currency from the dropdown on the registration form by hiding the other currency. In the earlier versions of WHMCS I used a similar code like the one below from a post from the WHMCS community on the register and the checkout page (if the client would register on that page) to hide a currency and only let the clients choose a certain currency for invoicing, but in the 21 version in the child theme I can't seem to get it to work (I also tried in the parent theme and it didn't show up there either), but only in the checkout.tpl. In the normal register.tpl page it works with the first code below, which I used in the earlier versions of WHMCS. I tried putting the code where the custom fields show up on the page, at the top of the page, outside "if's" etc. but to no avail... The field won't show up whatever I try. I also cleared the template cache multiple times, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Which files and which line of code do I need to open and edit to add my own navigation menu's, logos etc. at the top and also the footer at the bottom to match the main website template? Hello, I am facing the issue on website, recently i tried to update the template, I upload the new template and changed it in admin area. But It is not loading, I don't know what happened but I tried to switch back to default 'SIX' templaete and it is not working either. Hello, I'm editing the Six template and I cannot find how to customize the service status filter for service table. To clarify: I have created my custom button filters, for the service status and I would like to add the count badges, as View shows in Product & Services page. https://nimb.ws/MpaeRK Any suggestion on how to add the count number of each status in my custom buttons ? Condition: I've create copy of banktransfer and rename it as localbank. My goal: I want to show some dynamic Virtual Account number (combination of fixed bank code + custom field) when payment method localbank is selected and client preview invoice then choose it (viewinvoice.tpl) I've try with several variable but there's no suitable value to match the selected payment method using if-else condition. Could you tell me what the correct variable for selected payment method ? Here's my custom script on viewinvoice.tpl {if $paymentmethod == "localbank"} <td>: 123123{$clientsdetails["customfields2"]}</td> {else} <td>: 77777{$clientsdetails["customfields2"]}</td> {/if} With that code, when localbank is selected the result always show the else result. Although when I change the $paymentmenthod value to banktransfer, it still show the else result.

I am trying to modify the cart.php page. This page displays the Web Hosting plan comparisons in my WHMCS website. At the bottom of this page it says "Included With Every Plan" and then lists features. I want to show this section more prominantly, so I want to move the "Included With Every Plan" heading more towards the top of the page. I looked up about the .php file, and then the .tpl file that is associated with it. I downloaded some files to look at them, but couldn't find where to move this heading as I'm not versed in php or html at all. Would there be a place I could access (probably .tpl file written in html) where I could simply rearrange the location of the "Included With Every Plan" heading? So each page generally included the header.tpl file as you'd expect, this is fine, but some pages include it twice, not sure why this is and I can't seem to find where this is. Here is an example, on the submitticket.php page, it's included twice, I've been into the .tpl files for this but it doesn't appear the header is included there, any ideas?? It's also present on the affiliate page. This is the supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl file, as you can see the header isn't there, I'm assuming there's a generic page where it's included but can't find it. Thanks 🙂

hello community... i hope all are doing very well. today i came back again for a small help with an code. basically by default now whmcs store the last 4 digit of the Credit card number of stripe gateway. which i found less confident for our clients. so i found an idea to modify the creditcard.tpl and make the RADIO BUTTON default to ENTER NEW CARD DETAILS and i will hide the 2nd radio button. this way client will never see that their credit card 4 digit is stored.. basically even storing the 4 digit we can't do anything.. but you know the clients.... can someone guide me from this code
