About Me

  1. My WHMCS affiliate links are redirecting to my main homepage. For example, my website is mysite.com, and my WHMCS installed site is my.mysite.com. When someone uses the my.mysite.com/*?aff=1 URL, they are redirected to mysite.com. I've noticed that the clicks are being counted in the affiliate section, but I don't think the signups are being counted. How can I fix this issue?
  2. Hi, I have a yearly subscription product and I'm selling it with WHMCS. I want to start an affiliate program but I only want the person to get paid for the first initial sale and not keep getting payments each year for that person. Is this how the affiliate program works or is it not possible? Thanks, Christian
  3. Is there any way to change an affiliate assignment on an order once it's been assigned? I have an order that was mistakenly assigned to one affiliate but should have been assigned to a different affiliate. Any solution, include database update or 3rd party plugin, would be appreciated.
  4. Boost you business growth with the best affiliate tool. This module logic is to assign each client an account manager(agent) who can help him with commercial and technical issues and is the first point of contact for the client. The agent will earn commission on all the client’s orders. Contact details for the agent are displayed on the client’s dashboard, effectively making the agent the client’s dedicated reference for sales/technical support. More info here: https://utixo.net/en/affiliate-management/ Updated to support all latest versions.
  5. Automatically sets newly registered customers as Affiliates on WHMCS. This way they don't need to join manually. That said, as you probably already know the affiliate system of WHMCS is very basic. If you need something more complete and sophisticated take a look at Commission Manager. Get the Code »
  6. Hi, How add sub menu affiliate whmcs? https://prnt.sc/tqwhut Thanks
  7. Hello, We are facing a problem which is we do not have affiliate program enabled, previously we did and it worked perfectly fine. Here is a list of my versions: PHP: 7.0 WHMCS: 7.4.2 All required extensions for making WHMCS work are installed. CloudFlare CDN MySql Now we want to start our affiliate program once again, we went to General Settings -> Affiliates and enabled it there, no issues it said successful. When we tried to signup a test client having ID 1, it said account successfully created, but in the client profile it still said Activate as affiliate. Even after multiple attempts it did not work, but in client dashboard it did show the bonus balance. Tried enabling from Admin/Client Area but no luck. We tried to check our logs and the Database and found out that the table tblaffiliates is having multiple entries of Client ID 1, which was obvious because we tried it like 2-3 times to enable and it created multiple entries in tblaffiliates, which we know should not happen. Then we checked the other tables related to affiliates and they all were empty. This is what we gathered from our Activity Log So basically WHMCS is trying to to create an affiliate account but is assigning the ID 0 to it which makes sure there is some error in the system. Fixes we tried: Tried switching PHP versions. Tried enabling/disabling CloudFlare CDN. Tried removing duplicate values from tblaffiliates. (Restored them later) Tried enabling/disabling Affiliates module multiple times. Need help.
  8. Hi guys, Quick question, when testing out an affiliate link the page redirects straight to my home page, i.e. clicking on https://domain.com/*?aff=1 redirects straight to https://domain.com. Is this correct? Cheers, Martin
  9. hi, i want to know if there is any process or any way to create a Promotion and assign it to specific Affiliate i have generated a promo promocode=TestPromo and i have an affiliate as ?aff=10 Now i want to assign all the user/clients who uses that promo to be assigned to the Affiliate and gets the specified commision. help required immediately please. thanks
  10. In WHMCS 7.1, using the import script, a hosting account / service was created. The problem is, I'm unable to locate the order. Is an order generated or created when the import script is finished doing it's magic? I need manually add an affiliate to the imported hosting account. Usualy, that can be done by going to "List orders" and just picking affiliate from dropdown. If i goto the active user, and click create order, will it work? Can i create an order for a service (that matches the domain) that already exists without breaking anything? I don't think I can. I just tried.
  11. Is it possible to somehow use the Affiliate Balance to auto pay for the hosting bill each month? I know I can credit his hosting account and subtract the affiliate balance manually but the problem is that he would have to contact me and remind me each time he wants to do this. It would be much more convenient if he can use his affiliate balance as hosting credit.
  12. Hi Everyone, We have two problems with WHMCS at the moment, firstly when a customer using the affiliate link it takes them to the front page to order, then once the customer puts an order through it wipes it and lets them do again, on the second attempt it works fine. Any ideas? 2nd Issue, is that when creating products WHMCS doesn't seem to read the reseller subscriptions from Plesk, if you manually name them it works but nothing else. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
  13. Latest WHMCS using stock six theme -- How do I show the balance across the entire site to logged in user? Only when a logged in visitor is on the affiliate page, does the balance show. My primary nav has a menu item in the header.tpl file and it looks like this: <a href="{$WEB_ROOT}/affiliates">Affiliates{if $loggedin} {$balance}{/if}</a> Thanks in advance for your attention, p.s. - , intro beat is wicked
  14. Hello friends I am facing a big issue with affiliate orders. When we access affiliate referral link (like http://www.domain.com/********?aff=1), we can see that "Visitors Referred" for that affiliate (Affiliate ID 1 in this example) is getting incremented by one in the WHMCS admin panel. But from this affiliate referral link, if a new customer places an order, this order is not automatically assigned to the affiliate. We had some orders with failed payments, so we thought that these orders were not assigned to the affiliate because of non payment. But with successfully paid orders also, they are not automatically assigned to the affiliate referred. Can anyone please guide me to find a fix for this issue? Thanks & Regards Sujith
  15. Hey everyone, I have been an active developer for a few WHMCS addons which I have sold. I used to run a business full time which these addons were a part of but I now have a full time job and don't feel like I have enough time to work on these. Therefore I am open sourcing my code for these addons with the hope of maybe getting some help keeping them updated. I still plan to work on them when I have time but I don't want to charge anything for them. Customers who have paid for these addons/scripts can still get premium support via support@anveto.com. Free users can open issues on Github and I will do my best to answer them and take care of any issues. WHMCS Affiliate Anywhere WHMCS Slack WHMCS Currency Rates WHMCS EU Cookie Law Compliance WHMCS Licensing Addon C# Tester Visit the releases page of each project to download the latest version of the addon or script. Addons will no longer be sold on the Anveto website and have not been sold there for some time now.
  16. Hey everyone! Recently I wrote a simple affiliate addon (Anveto Affiliate Anywhere [http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?99687-Anveto-Affiliate-Anywhere-for-WHMCS]) which I released for free and it got many interested and I received a lot of good feedback. This got me excited about making a better version of this plugin which became Anveto Affiliate Anywhere Plus. This plugin does exactly what Anveto Affiliate Anywhere does but it will also work on non-whmcs pages and remote websites. Here is a list of features: - Use ?aff on any page - Detailed documentation and source code for implementation on a non-whmcs page (4 lines of code) - Included Wordpress plugin to make installation super easy - Domain whitelist to prevent abuse Installation Once you purchase this addon you will need to upload it to your modules directory and configure it so that an administrator can access it's page. Once there you will be able to add a domain to your whitelist, the domain of your whmcs installation works by default. You can add as many domains as needed. You will find the php snippet that needs to be included on your non-whmcs pages on this same page. There is also an affiliate.php with this same code snippet included inside your downloaded file. We are here to help you if you have any problems and can be contacted by phone, email and live chat. A complete installation and configuration can be purchased for $50 during checkout. Anveto Affiliate Anywhere Plus encoded version is a one-time cost of $14.99 with unlimited support and updates and can be purchased here: https://anveto.com/members/cart.php?a=add&pid=31 If you are interested in the unencoded version, it can be purchased for $149.99 here: https://anveto.com/members/cart.php?a=add&pid=32
  17. Use ?aff to link to any WHMCS page or external page not part of your WHMCS installation. Version 1.4 is now available which adds the ability to exclude affiliate comissions based on the product billing interval. For example, you may want to offer affiliate comissions on annual sign ups but not monthly sign ups, now you can do that by editing the product and navigating to the "Other" tab.See our latest announcement: http://anveto.com/announcements/6/Anveto-Affiliate-Anywhere-Plus-14-Now-Available.html Features: - Use ?aff on any whmcs page - Exclude affiliate commission based on billing plan (Monthly, Annually, etc.) - Detailed documentation and source code for implementation on an external non-whmcs page (4 lines of code) - Included Wordpress plugin to make installation super easy - Domain whitelist to prevent abuse Installation Once you purchase this addon you will need to upload it to your modules directory and configure it so that an administrator can access it's page. 18. A simple plugin which allows the ?aff=[affiliate id] to work on any link on your WHMCS installation. Simply add ?aff=[affiliate id] to any product link, knowledgebase article or anything else you would like to link to such as a custom page. Download the addon for free here: https://anveto.com/members/cart.php?a=add&pid=29
  19. So what does this addon mean? It means your customers can give out promo codes, AND no longer have to use those ugly affiliate links! We all know customers will make sure to use a promo code ... but will they make sure to use your link? No, not always. Enter WHMCS Affiliate Coupons In my opinion this is one of the best and one of my favorite addons -- the original version Affiliate Coupons by Frank Lazslo: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?31020-Affiliate-Coupons Unfortunately the addon has not been updated recently (and completely understandable), I decided to go ahead and put it up on my GitHub and start working on it. Latest update should be fully compatible with WHMCS 5.2+ So here's what's been updated so far: Updated Affiliate Cookie ID Updated Hook Cookie ID Updated Default Template Updated Client Area HTML/CSS Output Planned Updates: Restructure to only addon module Update admin area configuration, and layout Update templates and output Got an idea? Well post it on GitHub under issues! So what are you waiting on!? It's open source, so check it out on GitHub, and if you're feeling froggy, contribute as well! https://github.com/tripflex/whmcs-affcoupons NOTE: If you're using WHMCS 5.1 you will have to use the branch in link below, 5.2 has changed and the master branch is not compatible with WHMCS 5.1 https://github.com/tripflex/whmcs-affcoupons/tree/WHMCS-5.1
  20. The WHMCS Affiliate documentation says: When I log in as a client, and go to their Client Area, there is NOTHING about the Affiliate system. If I manually activate them from the admin side, THEN there is an Affiliate Program section on their Client area. How can I set it up so that clients can "activate their affiliate account" like the documentation states? We are using the "six" theme, if that matters. Thanks! - Scott

  22. Today I need to pay to an affiliate. I would like to know which option below I need to select. I want to send the payment to my affiliate via PayPal directly from my PayPal account. Option 1 Create transaction to client Option 2 Add amount to credit balance Option 3 Record in withdraws only I already read WHMCS affiliates documentation, but I am still confused. 23. Affiliate links should always be cloaked – you can do this by using our powerful redirect addon for your links to hide the actual URL and then telling Google not to flow PageRank to them to safeguard yourself against their sensitive algorithm and also future updates. This addon does a 302 redirect and sends an X-Robots-Tag header along with noindex and nofollow, which makes sure search engines aren’t allowed to index or follow the URLs. Examples: http://www.yourdomain.com/go/a100 --> http://www.yourdomain.com/*?aff=100 http://www.yourdomain.com/go/g --> http://www.google.com http://www.yourdomain.com/go/whmcs --> https://www.whmcs.com/features/ http://www.yourdomain.com/go/cpdemo --> http://x3demob.cpx3demo.com:2082/login/?user=x3demob&pass=x3demob Why cloak and redirect affiliate links? If you search online for it, there are tons of reasons to redirect affiliate links. Ease of management Prevent leaking PageRank to advertisers “Clean” links Search engines encourage the redirection of links Compatible with WHMCS v5.x and v6.x Visit our WHMCS Addons page for Pricing and Screenshot
  24. Hi, I noticed that the affiliate link is always defaulting to a NON-SSL url for the clients. How do I change the URL to ALWAYS be SSL. Thanks
  25. Does anyone have any experience in using adrecord ( http://adrecord.com/ ) with sales through WHMCS ? or if its possible to link to a website outside of whmcs when a payment is complete? The problem i'm facing is that i need to put in a tracking code on the "payment complete" page, so adrecord is able to record once an order has been completed, which has come through them. But it seems no matter where i place it in WHMCS, it doesn't work.
