shoggy24 Posted March 16, 2008 Share Posted March 16, 2008 I dont know if this a problem or limitation with WHMCS. I offer both Linux and Windows hosting. I recently noticed that when a client has product/service already provisioned on the Linux server the system generates the error "1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid" when it tries to create another product/service purchased by the client on the windows server and vice versa. The only way i am able to get around it for now is to manually create the account on the server or the client creates another account in whmcs.
