Hi,

I am a licensed user. When I tried to upgrade I logged in and went to upgrade page and what I thought was the latest upgrade I have downloaded. I am really totally confused with your upgrades and patches. Version numbers are really confusing.

I then downloaded the full upgrade latest version on the your website (http://www.whmcs.com/members/downloads.php0) V5.1.2 and then uploaded all the files. Installation suggested to backup my database which I did then accepted the conditions etc. .

It now says

"Upgrade to V5.1.2 Your current version V5.2.12 " how confusing is that.

After that it says "Upgrade Complete

You should now delete the install folder from your web server.

Click here to go to the admin area now »

Thank you for choosing WHMCS!"

and when I do , it now says "Down for Maintenance

An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon..."

So I had to come over to forums to find where the latest download pages. I found this link http://www.whmcs.com/members/downloads.php?action=displaycat&catid=1

But it is asking me to pay $59.95 for the full download.

Can someone please help. My site is inoperable now and need desperate help. I have a ticket already Ticket #EFC-163957

Thank you
