For those that have been using WHMCS for a while, how do you handle terminating entities within WHMCS.

 

 

Clients: Mark inactive I think.

 

Hosting Accounts: Mark terminated or delete. I'm not sure.

Domains that have expired or transfered: Mark expired or delete. Expired doesn't sound right for domains that transfered to another reseller.

 

Invoices: Mark canceled I think.

 

Please chime in.
