    Default anyone else having 2checkout review problems

    So I seen that WHMCS has a offer to get 2checkout free of charge so I signed up. Now about 2 weeks later I still can't get my account reviewed. The first 4 days they was on top of it and they was replying fast when they asked me for info I give them soon as I could. Last reply I got from them was to send over a copy of my ID to them. So I scaned my ID 2 weeks ago opened a ticket and attached the id to it as they asked. Now about two weeks later no reply. So I open another ticket. Again attaching my id to it as they asked. I can't get a reply or for them to help me via phone either.

    They were very slow when we setup our account as well, but they provide a good service once it's done.

    My advice would be to call 1.877.294.0273. That's what I ended up doing, and they had me setup within 24 hours.

    Before you call, make sure you have a clearly published refund and privacy policy on your site, as well as the credit card images they suggest. Those seem to be the three big stumbling blocks.

    I've tried calling that the other day and they didn't seem to know what was going on they said they would get back to my ticket in 24 hrs but I never got a reply for a few days. I will try it again first thing in the morning hopefully second time around will get me somewhere.

    I second Strother's comment, the review process is quite painful but once you're account has been approved support is extremely reliable.

    Have you completed the steps they require in terms of your website (adding their logo, making sure the website is complete/fully functional)?

    Yes, that is the first thing they asked for in my review. I sent them the link to both of the pages and told them that when ordering anything on the site users are required to accept both before being able to complete a order. They then asked for my Proof of ID and to send it via a ticket and attach it. I did that about 2 weeks ago. So after a week I didn't get a reply I called them and they said that someone would reply to my ticket in 24 hrs. No reply for a few days so I open another ticket doing the same thing 5 days later after sending my 2nd ticket with the ID they didn't reply. Soon as the office opens today I will call and if the support people give me the shoulder I will ask for a manger cause the first phone call they showed no effort in trying to help.

    Just got off the phone with them. So far great she went and got someone to address it soon as can be and should expect a call back in a few mins.

    After they called back the accounting department said my account will be up and running soon as possible today or tomorrow.
