New support depatment piping problem in cpanel (cPanel upgraded issue?)

Hi all,

I recently set up my support department with piping, and had no problems at all. However, tonight I went to add a new account. When I went to cPanel to add the piping instructions I now get this error:

•Directory paths cannot be empty or contain

the following characters: \ ? % * : | " < >

Notice the pipe sign... I had no errors when I originallt set up... only now. Can the pipe sign be deleted or does WHMCS need to do some changes for an account to pipe correctly?

Here is what WHMCS says to use to pipe FYI. (ID stuff changed for security)

| php -q /home/myaccount/public_html/clientarea/pipe/pipe.php

Here is the forward that cpanel says its going to : |/home/nolimit/public_html/support/pipe/pipe.php

Any Idea's?

Thanks

James
