Backups not working

Gears

Recommended Posts

No suggestions. I opened a ticket about this but they wanted to log into my WHMCS and I don't grant access to my customer records to third parties. So...I'm not using the option through WHMCS to do database backups (I use another method). If you get this fixed, please post here so we all can benefit :).

Just a thought!!

From a cpanel or posible kernel update the cron file may have been updated and permissions may be set incorectly on your cron file.

When you log into cpanel and go to cron, do you see a message that the permissions on cron are incorect?

No, no issues with that. Besides, I tried running php -q as root and it didn't work. Thanks though.
