jackgordon Posted December 25, 2008 Share Posted December 25, 2008 Hello everyone, I realize this sounds pretty basic, but I am just looking for some confirmation on how this works. I use USAEPay as my gateway. They support recurring billing. I set up my product to be recurring through WHMCS, and I have the cron working fine. So, when someone signs up, their first payment will be charged instantly. My question is how does payment #2 get charged? Is it ordered by WHMCS, using the details stored by USAEPay to process the charge? Is it ordered by USAEPay, based on instructions somehow planted in it through the gateway key? Does USAEPay consider this to be a recurring transaction, or is it just running the charges sent monthly by WHMCS? Thanks for taking the time to answer a newbie question. I suggest you speak directly with Matt and USAEpay as they would be able to provide the right information to you.
