When customer click on check put redirection to paypal website takes about 20 sec. I raise a ticket with WHMCS as well but have not got any response yet. Thank you. wulfric Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 It should take about 5 - 7 seconds for redirect and complete page load. Here are some possible solutions: • Change host because your (overloaded) server is trash. • Upgrade your internet connection • Use stock template and try another checkout - is it still 20+ seconds? • Remove Paypal as a payment gateway 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
