.net.au domains not allowing registration ENOM

I cant seem to get .net.au domains to show up to allow registration with ENOM. I've added it to Domains/pricing but it's not appearing in the client area, nor can you register it.

 

Any ideas?

Thanks. From the client side - after tying to register for a .net.au it says xxxxxxx.net.au is not available. Congratulations xxxxxxxx.com is available.

 

From my Enom reseller side, whats interesting is I don see that extension on my huge price list either. I can however register for one. Seems weird since I can register .com.au

Enom support is non-existent. Any have any other suggestions. This is so weird.

Could you please check your Module Log located under Utilities > Log > Module Log and check what is shown around the time the eNOM Lookup is executed, if the logs are disabled please enable and then query a .net.au domain

I finally got through to ENOM who tell me this is a WHMCS setting. Not ENOM. I certainly hope so since I just spent an hour on hold.

In practice, Chris will probably be up and back here before you get a reply from Support... but it at least gets you in the queue.

Great, I submitted a ticket. Just had another client want to register a different TLD and was unable, so it will be great to get to the bottom of this for sure

I think this has been resolved! Rather embarrassed as I believe I was entering in pricing in the incorrect area instead of entering it in "open" pricing area.

 

I'm still unsure of the pricing on that big pricing list on my account settings on the enom side, but I think that's a separate issue.

The eNom price list in their accounts don't interact back into WHMCS
