Ticket System - Customer Response Showing Incorrect Time

Hello,

 

I recently moved WHMCS to a new server, and I am having Ticket System showing incorrect time on customer responses.

 

1) Our server timezone set correctly to U.S Central.

2) PHP.ini also set to U.S Central timezone.

3) Cronjob run correctly as time set.

4) After login to WHMCS, it shows corrected time to U.S Central.

5) If we open a new ticket to the client, it shows corrected time.

6) If we reply to a ticket, it also show correct time.

 

The only problem is the ticket system not shows correct time on the customer responses which is 5 hours ahead of U.S Central time.

 

I tried to restarted MySQL, but it's not help. Any ideas?
