Not if it's a Reseller ticket you can't because the account doesn't have products.

 

I see, there is your problem. Your ticket was probably never opened (that is why you didn't received an email confirmation either).

 

Last time I checked, WHMCS support is only for WHMCS customers (direct). You would need to contact your reseller for support. While there is stated in the website somewhere they provide support for anyone, you can't open tickets with WHMCS unless you have a customer account, so not sure how that works.

I've sent the ticket in before with them and received the emails. They even have a Reseller Support department so they do offer the support.

ANY WHMCS user can open a ticket with WHMCS support - if you got your license directly from WHMCS, then you do so by logging in and opening a ticket; if you got your license from a reseller, then you can contact Reseller Support (where there is no need to login).
