5 min Cron Error on upgrading 7.1.2 to 7.2.1

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've just upgraded and am getting an error on the 5 min cron job.

I'm getting a Critical Error with a reason of Undefined index: SCRIPT_NAME

Any one else getting this?

As cron.php is encoded it's a little difficult to understand what the issue is.

Just had a reply to a ticket and this is due to the PHP error reporting level being set in the PHP environment.

Setting the PHP environment to be sensitive to E_WARNINGs can in some instances cause the error.

So reducing the error reporting level is an option, or WHMCS can provide a hotfix to resolve this.

Hi, I was receiving this error also and updated the hotfix.

The cron is not sending any emails at all.

In the Automation page it says it has ran but on the main overview it says it has not (since I ran it directly via the shell)

If I run the command with all --force it completes and sends me the email.

Any ideas?
