Please help when run admin cron have error

 

 - Sent First Notice to User Thitipon Saranrom
- Sent First Notice to User suriya puikame
- Sent 67 Reminders
Starting Processing Domain Renewal Notices
- Sent 0 Notices
Starting Processing Overdue Suspensions
[color="#FF0000"]An error occurred - -32700:parse error. not well formed[/color]

 

please help to fix

Hi,

This isn't an error I'm familiar with. Could you please ensure there are no customisations present on your installation as these can often change the way WHMCS operates.

These are typically located in the /includes/hooks and /modules/directories.

 

Once the issue is resolved you can add them back one-by-one until the problem begins again - at which point you have identified the troublesome customisation and can contact the vendor directly for assistance resolving the problem in their code.

 

If the problem persists after that, please open a support ticket so we can investigate further.
