Dear Brian

WHMCS 7.1.2

The setup fee and hosting services all under same custmoer, and only one user in this system.

And go WHMCS > Orders > add new Order

more information for this 3 product. all registration date 17/4/2017,

Setup fee: annually and next due date is 17/4/2018

hosting A: Monthly and next due date is 15/5/2017

the weird part in all this is setup fee... it's a little strange that you want it recurring annually, but a product is a product and it should work fine if setup correctly.

I created a setup fee product, and then created a new admin order for a setup fee product (annual) and a hosting product (quarterly), original invoice was correct, marked as paid and the NDD dates changed on the two products - therefore, I see no reason why the subsequent invoice wouldn't be correct.

what you might need to do is open a ticket with support and let them examine the product settings for this setup fee product (or post screenshots here) - I suspect that's where the issue lies.
