PayPal woes

Hi,

 

I'd like to see if anyone has some suggestions.

 

PayPal - esp subscriptions have been a pain. We'll have clients who cancel services, only to be still getting debits on their PayPal accounts.

 

We also have subscriptions that don't automatically show as paid and it's a manual process of digging through records in PayPal and marking them paid in WHMCS. This isn't how it's supposed to work.

 

Can I get everything "re-synced"?

 

Does anyone else deal with this?

 

I read something about "I" vs "S" prefixes on PayPal subscriptions and that PayPal can help with this process.
