Ettevi Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 Import Domains from cPanel/WHM The following accounts were found on the server. Tick the boxes next to the accounts you wish to import. Connection Error Could not resolve host: (Code 6) - Check IP/Blocked Firewall Ports The packages which are on WHMCS and cPanel are the same ones, i can login to WHM via WHMCS Click button, the server connects successfully but i cannot import the clients that i currently have on my server. I contacted my host to see if it was an error on their end but they told me to come to WHMCS Support to get more information as they could not find anything -InMotionHosting 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AffordableDomainsCanada Posted April 13, 2017 Share Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) Sounds like the firewall on your server is blocking your WHMCS connection. Have you tried this?
