Pay for Support?

Recommended Posts

I opened a ticket with an issue I had, and its been sitting there with no response for several hours. When I went to check on it this morning I now see a place to pay $30 to get support? I am confused as to why I have to pay for support to a product that I pay a monthly fee on? My issues is just that the license is not working on my project management. Can someone help without me having to pay $30? Thanks so much!

several hours is not unexpected when awaiting a ticket reply.

I think that's just an option if you want to pay for a faster reply - e.g if it's extremely urgent.

you'll likely need to wait for the support dept you contacted (I assume it was customer services or the license dept?), to reply... though you could post your ticket ID# here and one of the WHMCS support staff might come across the thread.

Thank you Brian! I appreciate your help. I just don't want to have to pay for support LOL I understand waiting, I was just confused on the money part of things. I do have a ticket in but yes here is the ticket # if anyone happens to see this :) #BBA-999008

Hi Tina,

I see that Marcus has picked up and actioned this issue for you, as Brian! mentioned the $30 option is a fast track option during the day to bump you to the top of the queue.
