Transfer a domain from Godaddy or Enom to ResellerClub Free account

Hi, I have a couple of domains registered at godaddy and others by enom, both of them has handled via WHMCS in my website, I want to transfer those domains to my resellerclub free account (provided by whmcs), but I don't know how... I tried to find an option to transfer a domain directly by http://freeaccount.myorderbox.com but it was impossible to find that option.

How can I do it?

Could I use a transfer order inside my WHMCS, domain will be at my whmcs but it only will change its register.

Or what other options are there?

Thanks

if these domains are already in WHMCS, then if it were me, i'd make the transfers outside of WHMCS...

assuming ResellerClub sells the domain TLDs that you want to transfer (they probably do, but still worth checking), then all you should need to do is get your EPP codes from the existing registrars, initiate the transfers @ the resellerclub site.

I don't use the free resellerclub site, but there must be a way to add a transfer to the cart.

If you visit http://freeaccount.myorderbox.com/ then login as Reseller, go to the Products link in the main navigation bar, then select Domain Registration >> Transfer

You can transfer from there, you will be asked for the EPP code at this time.

I did that, but when I click on Transfer, they send me to my website.

I haven't configured all the supersite2 is it neccesary to set up it? Can't I just transfer a domain without a customer registration? My customers buy domains via my WHMCS installed in my website.

Hi EduardoP737,

If the domains are already in WHMCS go to the domain, change the registrar to ResellerClub then click Save, once the page re-loads click Transfer then enter the EPP Code and click Go, this will start the process off.

Thanks for answer! Last question, what will happend with invoices created? it will create a new invoice?

Edit: And how will be new customers handled? same as in Enom?

Hello EduardoP737,

In this case you will need to create an invoice manually for this process, in regards to customers they function the same effectively by creating a new client for the domain.

Hello,

The domain registration module in WHMCS is a native module integrated by them with Resellerclub. We will not be able to comment on the transfer options available in the WHMCS panel as it's a 3rd party tool.

However, if you are looking at Transferring Domain Names to ResellerClub, you can use the Bulk Transfer option in the Control Panel. To be able to do so, please follow the path- Product > Bulk Tools > Bulk Transfer

For more information on Bulk Transfers, you can go through http://manage.resellerclub.com/kb/answer/2474

For better assistance, you can also get in touch with the Support Team and they will guide you step-by-step through the entire process.
