WHMCS billing and "davcne blagajne"

Hello.

A problem:

* in Slovenia and Croatia (and, I think, some others countries too) is mandatory that every invoice issued paid by cash or credit card need to be real-time registered on a fiscal system; this is called "davcne blagajne"

* the registration is made through an XML exchange

* Slovenian and Croatian systems are quite similar (very little differences amongst them)

* at the moment, Paypal payments are exempted

* it seems that, in few years, this rule will be extended to every UE country, and will be extended to every payment instrument (wire transfer too)

So, the issue is: anyone willing to use WHMCS in Slovenia or Croatia ( or any other ecommerce too) will need some "davcne blagajne" module

Development is not rocket science, but it's neither trivial:

- full official documentation (from the site of slovenian Ministry of Finance: it make seems the task much more complex that it really is ): http://www.fu.gov.si/en/supervision/podrocja/fiscal_verification_of_invoices_and_pre_numbered_receipt_book/?tx_news_pi1%5Bnews%5D=3696&tx_news_pi1%5Bcontroller%5D=News&tx_news_pi1%5Baction%5D=detail&cHash=3710b308cea8c5568a0ca13ee09a3aa5

- official technical specifications: http://www.datoteke.fu.gov.si/dpr/files/TehnicnaDokumentacijaVer1.2.pdf

- PHP opensource library: https://github.com/matejpos/PHP-davcne-blagajne

So, my questions:

- anyone yet developed such a module for WHMCS?

- anyone here skilled and available to develope it (obviously not for free) ?
