WHMCS Issue with template (Including Six)

Recommended Posts

Hey guys

I am currently in the process of installing WHMCS on a new domain, and have what I think is a unusual issue! My WHMCS instance has no images, css files, ect, as it seams to be trying to grab the assets from /assets instead of /billing/assets - I am using an unchanged version of the sex theme.

WHMCS Instance - https://www.webhostmore.com/billing/'>https://www.webhostmore.com/billing/

General settings;

Domain : https://www.webhostmore.com/

WHMCS System URL : https://www.webhostmore.com/billing/'>https://www.webhostmore.com/billing/

Not sure what else their is that can cause this! I have been trying to fix this for 2 days now and have decided to come here as someone may know how to fix this!

Hope for some help,

Thanks all.

I have already tried re-uploading all of the files for WHMCS multiple times, the issue seams to be WHMCS is attempting to pull assets from "https://www.webhostmore.com/templates/six/css/" ect, when WHMCS is located at, "https://www.webhostmore.com/nilling/templates/six/css/".

it must be a configuration issue - if I edit the URL's in your header.tpl file to the full URL, then the page would work...

have you checked the database to see if the correct systemurl is stored within it ?

if it is, then i'd be tempted to enter something else into the systemurl field in general settings; save it; and then enter your correct URL again and save and see if that makes a difference.

as a last resort, you could probably add a base href to header.tpl - but you really shouldn't have to if the configuration is correct.

this is a weird one - I still think somewhere along the lines a step has been missed during installation/configuration... but without seeing it close-up or knowing exactly what you did during installation, it'd just be speculating as to the cause/solution.

what you should probably do is open a ticket with support and let them have a look... for any experienced WHMCS installer, the solution will likely be obvious once they can see the setup.
