leewagner Posted January 23, 2017 Share Posted January 23, 2017 Good day, I sure hope someone can point me to what I am doing wrong. so I have had whmcs for quite some time and I customized the header and footer tpl files so it looks the way I want it to. now I have backed up my old installation before the upgrade but when I do the upgrade and replace the new .tpl files with the ones I customized it does not reflect and gets all scrambled on the new version. they do work fine on the latest version of 6. Posted January 23, 2017 Share Posted January 23, 2017 Hi Lee, this is why the advice is always to test the templates first, using a free development license, before upgrading the main site. if you say they worked fine in v6.3.2, then you should compare your current header/footer files to their equivalents in v7.1.1 "Six" template and note the differences... it might just be one or two of these that are making the difference. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
