The customer panel link disappeared and when going to the url for unblocking manually, the unblocking doesn't seem to work at all. dooh Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 Hi there, Unfortunately we didn't test with whmcs7, but we found other issues that somebody else can find helpful. Since the new csf updates unblockip is unable to show up the reason, this is happening because of the new style theme that csf is using. To fix this issue edit functions.php: from: $pattern = '/<p><pre style=\'font-family: Courier New, Courier; font-size: 12px\'>(.*?)<\/p>/s'; to: $pattern = '/<pre style=\'white-space: pre-wrap;\'>(.*?)<\/pre>/s'; Thats all, good luck 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
