Thus I am posting here. I'm running into the same issue and have been for some time. I get the exact same error. I can browse to a client, click "View Products" and see the list of Products under the client's account. But, when I select the product (such as cPanel beginner) it displays the Product Group/Product Name page for that client with no fields populated and pops up "Error" and "ID not found" I'm using iWHMCS 2.2 on IOS 10.0.2, although the same thing occurred on IOS 9 (and 8, I believe). And of course I have all my authentication credentials set up and have the admin role set to allow access to all of the necessary things.
