twiggydesnuf Posted October 22, 2016 Share Posted October 22, 2016 I'm looking the edit the viewticket.tpl on an admin template to include a custom field added by a server module. Before the moudle was using the {$relatedservice.dedicatedip} varible and I used that to create custom link that would pull up the server id of the product.
