WHMCS/ResellerClub Domain renewal notifications + Invoices notifications

Hello,

I would really appreciate some piece of advice with this case. I'm selling domains using ResellerClub module and I really don't know how to manage renewal notifications sent by email.

I have set up WHMCS to create domain renewal Invoices 30 days before the Due Date (usually 7 days before Expiry Date). That action of course sends the corresponding notification to the client. He also receives one Invoice Unpaid Reminder a week later.

Then, under Automation Settings > Domain Reminder Settings, I set up three Renewal Notices (25 - 15 - 7 days before the Due Date).

There's even more because ResellerClub sends on their own three compulsory emails to registrant (my client) 30 and 7 days before Expiry Date and one more on expiration.

So at last we have this scenario. Suppose we have 'domain.com' that expires on 30-July (due date on 23-July):

23-June (30 days before Due Date): Invoice created. Notification sent by WHMCS.

28-June (25 days before Due Date): First Renewal Notice sent by WHMCS.

30-June (7 days after invoice creation): Invoice Unpaid Reminder sent by WHMCS.

30-June (30 days before Expiry Date): First compulsory Renewal Reminder sent by ResellerClub

08-July (15 days before Due Date): Second Renewal Notice sent by WHMCS.

16-July (7 days before Due Date): Third Renewal Notice sent by WHMCS.

23-July (7 days before Expiry Date): Second compulsory Renewal Reminder sent by ResellerClub

30-July (Expiration Date): Third compulsory email (Expired Domain Notification) sent by ResellerClub

So... there are 8 notifications sent to the client, not even mention Invoices Overdue Reminders. They are a lot.

I can't disable ResellerClub mandatory reminders (not available). I can't remove Invoice notifications for obvious reasons (they also affect Packages, etc).

So... should I remove ALL Domain Renewal notifications under Automation Settings > Domain Reminder Settings? That would reduce emails from 8 to 5 at least. I'm not sure about doing that, don't know why. Any suggestions?

Thank a lot.
