Would like to know, is there any way to configure the order summary on confirm product page that able to show promotion price, if there is a coupon code added from previous URL.

if I had a pound each time this has been asked, i'd probably have £6.50 by now!

there's no simple way to do it - certainly, if there was only one product in the cart, then you could probably do it by modifying the templates (as you should have access to all the required variable or could create them).

however, the minute you have multiple products in the cart, the whole situation becomes more complicated because, while you can find out if there is a qualifying product in the cart, you don't necessarily know which promo code is being used, nor against which product(s) it is being applied.

i'm not saying that it's impossible, but it would need some effort to make it work... in reality, it would be easier for WHMCS to do this themselves, but I assume if they've not done it by now, it's unlikely to happen any time soon.
