AcceptOrder runs module create even when autosetup is false

Trying to code acceptorder.

I have things set up as follows:

$postfields = array(

'action' => 'acceptorder',

'orderid' => $this->orderId,

'sendemail' => 'false',

'autosetup' => 'false'

);

//print_r($postfields);

$result = $this->whmcs->CallAPI("acceptorder", $postfields);

The activity log says:

Running Module Create on Accept Pending Order

I would expect that given 'autosetup' => 'false' (I also tried it with false as a value, not a string) that it would not run Module Create.

Am I doing something wrong?
