SMalik Posted May 28, 2016 Share Posted May 28, 2016 Hi folks, Sorry this is my first post. If I am being a bit forward in terms of asking too much, I apologize in advance. Can some legend on this forum please tell me which part of the code to remove in the header templates in order to remove the knowledgebase link from the client area? and, also the same from the left side panel inside the client area. I searched the forums but any thread related to it points to the modification of headers.tpl but does not precisely reflect the "exact" code to remove. I emailed the WHMCS support but apparently this simple question was way out of their scope of support and was promptly shown the door. I do not want a knowledgebase at this time unless the content is completely written, therefore want to remove it entirely instead of it being vaguely empty.
