you've posted in the wrong sub-forum - it's not a commercial module, but a free one from WHMCS!.. perhaps this would be better suited in "Technical Issues" or "Bug Reports"?

it seems that you're trying to convert a free product into a paid product - it might be easier to have a separate paid product and then upgrade those users with the free product to the paid one.
