Auto Create Support Ticket from Order

Hello,

 

When a client creates a customer order, I would like to automatically be able to create a support ticket from the order. Some of the order details would be included in the new support ticket. I see that there are hooks such as TicketOpen. Would this be the way to accomplish it?

 

Specifically, I would have an order that would contain a hosting product, and also an other services product. The other services product is what I would like to create a support ticket for automatically.

 

I'm trying to understand if WHMCS is capable of this, and did not find any specific examples that could give me the answer.
