  1. @tesztteszt - Have you looked in the module logs for any more information? You can find the log at Utilities --> Logs --> Module Logs. You might also want to check the docs for CentovaCast over here to make sure you have set everything up correctly. --Thanks
  2. @resolvetis - The only payment options for iWHMCS are $2.99/mo or $29.99/yr. If you would like to see a one time fee you can start a feature request using the link in my signature. --Thanks
  3. @chaze - I think what Kian is trying to say is that you will need to manually adjust the next due date because the system won't associate the invoice with any service. So you have to adjust the next due date so when the cron runs it doesn't create an erroneous invoice. --Thanks
  4. @turborx15 - Have you checked the Module Logs for any clues as to what the problem might be? There should be entries in there for the account creation and why it may or may not be failing. You can find the logs under Utilities - Logs - Module Logs. Please provide any logs regarding the creation of the new account. --Thanks
  5. @w.h.t - Can you elaborate please. --Thanks
  6. @satsuke - Did you follow the steps outlined previously by John? The first step would be adding the following to your configuration.php file: That will give you a more detailed error when you attempt to send an email. Depending on that message you may want to talk to your mail server admin if you are 100% certain you are using the correct login details. --Thanks
  7. @midasBalaa - The document found here on how to upgrade your version of WHMCS would be a good place to start. It is a pretty straight forward process but you will want to make sure that you backup everything before you start. --Thanks
  8. @Nexxtera - Thank you for your comments. You are more than welcome to use the feature request in my signature to request something specific and maybe see it added to future versions of WHMCS. --Thanks
  9. @Condessi - You can try editing tbladmins in your database. There are two fields "authdata" and "authmodule" if you delete the corresponding data for them then you should be able to use that user to log in without 2FA. Something like this: UPDATE tbladmins SET authmodule=' ', authdata=' ' WHERE id='the Admin ID you wish to remove stored auth tokens for'; Please be sure to backup your database before you run this query. --Thanks
  10. @Andreas - Yes the tblmodulelog is the System Module Debug Log. Disabling it won't clear out the entries in the DB but if you do not wish to use the log you can manually delete the entries from within MySQL. I would suggest that before you do anything you take a backup of the DB and be sure you do not delete the table itself, just the rows inside the table. --Thanks
  11. @Nathum - As John pointed out in the previous thread, this is the expected outcome of the import script and it is not a problem. In other words, orders will not be created with the import script. --Thanks
  12. @kuki - Brian is pretty much spot on with his reply (as always) but there are a few more options I would like to mention. 1) WHMCS does offer a 30 day money back guarantee. and 2) There are several hosting providers that offer WHMCS as a free addon to their hosting solutions. Not sure if you already pay for hosting but you could transfer to a different company that offers WHMCS which would negate the need for a direct WHMCS license. --Thanks
  13. You can create a Product without using the cPanel module that would allow you to register the domain via WHMCS and have a WHMCS account but you would have to manually manage the DNS zone through cPanel. There are 3rd party modules you can purchase from ModulesGarden or BusyRack, however, that would allow you to manage the DNS through WHMCS. ModulesGarden BusyRack --Thanks
  14. From the error it would seem as though your templates_c folder does not have the proper permissions. The templates_c folder is for file cache and not the actual templates directory. WHMCS needs to be able to write to this directory and it appears that it cannot. If you deleted the templates and/or templates_c folders then you will need to re-upload them via FTP and ensure that the templates_c folder has the correct permissions. Here are the required permissions for WHMCS install: --Thanks
  15. Assuming you are talking about the profile and products tabs in the Admin area, then you are correct in your assumption that these pages are encrypted with Ion Cube and are not able to be customized. If you are talking about the client area, these can be customized to a certain extent using the template files. You can learn more about the Client Area Templates here. --Thanks
