  1. Nevermind, looks like my days of running an older version are over.
  2. My site will not connect to their licensing portal and curltest.php gives errors. When I tried to submit a new ticket, I keep getting invalid token messages from the website. Anyone else having issues?
  3. Dont forget DotNetNuke and phpNuke. Both are supported by a large community and both are free. They have just as many mods and templates, if not more, than joomla. Give them a look as well. All are good and like the others have mentioned, use what is best for the situation. I have used several at one time or another.
  4. Your dealing with a PayPal page and, to my knowledge, there is no way to change that page. If you are using PayPal, the average user should know what that is and know where to look. I agree its confusing but I am afraid you are at the mercy of PayPal on this one.
  5. The easiest way to park them is to by default point them to an IP address and then using the host header display their info on the page. As mentioned previously, if they change their name servers this becomes a mute point. We park domains for free as most people do. One thing you can do is park it then place google ads or something like that to help drive up some revenue. We dont use google ads but thats just a thought for what you could do.
  6. You can turn off the paypal subscribe option if you do not want it in the Payment Gateway section where you set up the PayPal Gateway The "Automatically redirect" setting is located under Confgiruation -> General Settings -> Ordering Tab
  7. Have you turned it on at the product level? Look at the group level and make sure the payment method is ticked for the method you want to show up.
  8. Is he trying to transfer? The domain was purchased in April according to the WhoIs on it.
  9. I have never seen this before. After reading my previous question, the question I asked made no sense since if they updated their nameservers it would not be in the My Domains section. This is going to be one for thw WHMCS guys. You could add the nameservers manually at Directi but it should be there in your client area. I use both eNom and Directi and Isee the register nameserver on all my domains I have under my control. Sorry I could not help you any more.
  10. Did you sell the domain through your Directi account or did they point their server to you?
  11. Do you not see the Register Namserver button under the management tools section?
  12. If you look in the customer area under My Domains and press view details next to the domain in question and scroll to the bottom you should see a button call register namesevers. From here you can register the nameservers. Hope that helps
  13. You could just set up a site on its own and pre-configure your DNS www record to point to this site. Then there is no lookup. We have a default site that reads the url and puts it up on the page as a place holder. 1. Set up a site you want to point to 2. Configured default DNS www record to point to site in step 1. If your customer does not use your DNS, not much you can do but if you have DNS in your control this should work as well as the option alreafy provided in this thread.
  14. Check the mode of your database. Make sure its not in strict mode. I had an issue with the installation when installing on a MySQL server that was set in strict mode. Turn it off, install, reset and you sould be fine.
