Anybody using WHMCS for non hosting business, for example computer suppliers? We sell and support computer hardware and software, and we need a system to manage our maintenance contracts with our customers, where the recurring invoicing based on the products is a must, and then support tickets for the contracted products. Any idea will be appreciated. Thx

Thanks, the "Support Tickets Notifications" check box was not checked, after doing it it is working fine.

When a client create a new ticket or respond to an old ticket, I am not getting a notification about this ticket. But the client is getting the email notification. Please help to fix this issue.

I am trying to install WHMCS 3.60. I have done the following: CHMOD the following folders & files: /configuration.php 777 /announcements.xml 777 /attachments 777 /downloads 777 /templates_c 777 When I try install.php, I am getting Internal Server Error 500.
