Thank you for your reply. I've already tried the "setup -> general settings -> localisation" but it seems it didn't update the database. I solved the issue via updating database with sql query via phpmyadmin. I think there is a problem the save procedure but i can not trace it ...

Hello, I am trying to upgrade from 5.2.17 to latest. That's why i decided to download original 5.2.17 and compare it with my actual live site. But i can not download full package of 5.2.17. Btw, i can download 5.3.7 full package without a problem. How can i solve this issue ? Thanks
