  1. Hello, Some weird update or bug in the editor used in admin backend. The editor now automatically inserts consecutive numerical lines for example when I paste the first three IP address numbers like below. The 4th line would get inserted automatically when I press enter (new line), auto-filled. It's annoying and I want to stop this. 123.123.0.0/24 123.123.0.0/24 149.123.0.0/23 150. Is there a way to disable this nuisance, or replace the editor with something better?
  2. Is there any possibility to offer free trial of X web hosting plan(s) to first time clients, then auto-billed via standard pro-rata billing method we use, after trial's X days is completed? Right now, it seems that if I offer a coupon code it's complex just because of pro-rata, which we want to keep intact. The promo problem is for example, if we want to offer 30 day trial on a shared hosting plan or reseller plan, but client orders any random day of the month, wouldn't it bill them monthly after trial is up, starting that specific day instead of 1st of the month, and pro-rated initial billing ater trial period ends?
  3. Can't send basic html emails using the default email campaign tool with the unfriendly Tiny MCE editor. This is what it looks like in the editor after pasting using "source code" mode in the editor... "No related entities found to preview message. Unable to preview." When email is sent, all I receive is "New message" It's a simple response html code for the email content with minimal style css code and basic html content. Any suggestions?
  4. I select "product/services" when creating a campaign, active users only and I select just a few products. Total of recipients is 623. When I load an email template, it changes to over 4k recipients. Why? Bug? Version: 8.0.3
  5. Why is there no option for clients to remove credit cards in their panel? I don't see any option for this.
  6. Mind explaining what module you're referring to?
  7. Lately page speeds in admin area has been very slow like searching for clients, switching tabs on client profiles for example. On average, about 5 seconds to load a page. WHMCS used to be lightning fast. **This issue has been ongoing for many versions in 7x.** I'm currently running Version: 7.9.2. System Health Status is all green, no warnings or errors. Server Specs: Cloudflare Enabled PHP 7.3 MariaDB 10.3 64GB RAM + SSD Disks GigE Uplink Only a few domains on the server (dedicated). Optimized, repaired database several times. Server load is always minimal.
  8. I don't have any recently added add-ons nor any modules related to CSF at all. There are 2 new email templates now after the last upgrade yet I cannot find any info in WHMCS docs nor changelogs. CSF Manager key CSF Manager Whitelist by Email
  9. Seems like ever since I enabled Cloudflare for my domain, every order it seems comes from "Cloudflare" IP addresses, usually in London somehow. This is not normal. Example IPs: 162.158.158.206 162.158.118.119 162.158.22.73 162.158.167.165 How do I fix this to get the real IP addresses instead?
  10. Getting this error when trying to process an incoming domain transfer via WHMCS. Order Accept Encountered Problems No nameservers are defined for the server this domain is assigned to. Please correct and try again. Weird, because the NS are there when I do a lookup on the domain.
  11. Anyone use FastSpring with WHMCS before as a payment processor? I see no modules when I Google this. Sent them an email and awaiting their reply. Also, anyone recommend for or against enabling the social media sign in integrations like FB, Google, Twitter? Never tried it yet but does this option give the checkout a faster experience?
  12. When clients open tickets, why is the Related Service field not mandatory? Clients (many) have multiple hosting accounts and the never specify which service they're requesting support for. This is plain common sense that they should make this field mandatory. No excuses.
