  1. WHMCS new shopping cart system is allowing clients to register and transfer domains orders even after I have it disabled in the admin configuration area.
  2. When a bill is prorated it charges my customer the yearly fee plus a few cents extra (Prorata till Oct) however when the invoice is paid it extends their hosting due date to october 2007 which it should extend it to oct 2008... It's the same issue for bi-annually too. I have to change each customer that orders manually from 10-01-2007 to 10-01-2008 or 2009 so they wont get charged/invoiced again for what they have paid for.
  3. Is WHMCS supposed to delete the invoice when it's paid using paypal subscriptions because currently it deletes the invoice when a customer pays with PayPal Subscriptions.
  4. Another Bug that I've noticed is: When you goto http://demo.whmcs.com/domainchecker.php and lookup the domain that you want. It takes you to the next page, where it says "More Info" it's blank.
  5. What version are you using because I am getting this too... I can't send email to anyone using the mass mail feature it may be a bug with the new version. Other than that other emails that WHMCS sends on its own work just fine, atleast that I'm aware of.
  6. When a customer registers a domain name it won't show the price in the "order items" section when your managing the orders it just shows $. Domain Register - test123.com 1 Year/s $ Active Paid Same thing shows if you click on any of the following: Pending Domains Active Domains Expired Domains
  7. Yes im using cPanel 11 and it is a bug. Matt fixed the code for the disk usage but not bandwidth I would think. I'm using verson 3.2 beta so it's expected.
  8. WHMCS is not updating the bandwidth usage only the disk usage.
  9. Is anyone having problems with WHMCS not adding late fee's? I have over due invoices and I have the automation settings to set late fee's but it's not doing it. WHMCS version 3.1.2
  10. Does MaxMind work with 2co and paypal?
  11. Anyone know where I can edit the server status link on the main /whmcs/ index file to my own server status script? What template would I have to edit?
  12. Just wondering where I can edit the link to my own server status script. What file would I have to edit to accomplish this?
  13. Never mind I feel stupid, it was a local issue. Disregard. I'm sorry for the post. Better to be safe than sorry though.
  14. I dont think it's a local issue. If my customer decides to pay with 2checkout it inserts the price to the checkout page. PayPal for some odd reason isn't doing that.
  15. I think I found a bug. When a customer tries to pay an invoice with PayPal it forwards them to PayPal but on the invoice that WHMCS generates for PayPal it shows 0.00 for the amount. It shows this for any amount owed
