  2. I resolved, I delete the LANG folder and I uploaded a new one again, the upgrade installation leave a langupdate.php file in the folder that it was causing the problem. whmcs used to answer their support ticket faster now takes days.

WHMCS-5.2.7 when the option "Use Existing Card" is selected during the checkout process you will see the last 4 digits of the credit card and ask for the cvv number so I enter the cvv number and I click continue but I get an error. >>>>>The credit card details you entered were declined. I am sure the cvv number is correct, then I have to re-enter all credit card info manually and the system accept the card info. is just when the option "Use Existing Card" is selected. paypal and bank of credit card say that WHMCS Payment gateway is not sending the correct CVV Number when the option "Use Existing Card" is selected.
  10. HI, I am not an expert but 1- usually happens when is a downgrade of if the amount of the transaction is $0.00 2- looks like you will need to increase your php memory size to something like 64mb, this in your server php file ini. whmcs support HA, GOOD LUCK

Ho boy you have the same problem since 3-31-2013 Anyone have problem with payflow pro payment gateway using the USE EXIST CARD option? with this option just adk you for cvv number but no matter the cvv number is correct always decline. Also anyone have any idea of how to enable recurring payments with payflow pro gateway? when I say anyone is anyone because I already opened a ticket for all these and no answer. More info: when I select that option I see the last 4 digits of my credit card and ask me for my cvv number so I enter the cvv number and I click continue but I get an error. >>>>>The credit card details you entered were declined. Basiclly, whmcs is sending the incorrect cvv number no matter you enter the correct one.

I contact WHMCS they told me that I need to contact paypal to activate the reference transactions so I did that but I continue with the same problem, paypal told me that the problem is that whmcs is not sending the correct information when I select USE EXIST CARD option. so paypal told me to ask whmcs developers to call them to find out the problem, I did that but looks like whmcs developer dont want to call paypal. Any one have this problem?
  13. Thanks for the info that help me a lot, whmcs.com do not say anything about special characters in their documentation.
