  1. I have closed a customer's account. Now he wants it re-opened. How do I do this? Thank you!

Fatal error: Class 'Illuminate\Container\Container' not found in /var/www/vhosts/theenergygrid.link/httpdocs/whmcs/vendor/whmcs/whmcs/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Container.php on line 0 The tblupgrades arrears to be empty. The Error happened when I trie san Auto upgrade, but my logo.png file was write-only. I got an error message to this effect, changed the permissions, but cannot try again due to this error coming up whenever I try to access the site. Tried restoring from backup - no help. Help?
  3. To date, I have manually put in all my customer's orders. The system is working great and everything is accurate. I note, though, that there are 47 pending orders. Last time I tried I tried deleting them, it deleted active accounts and and payments. I want to take them off pending in such a way as to not change anything except the number of pending orders displayed on the dashboard. How can I edit these no no long be pending - but not change anything, bill anything, delete anything -- so there's no effect on the system?

  5. A client has their monthly bills paid automatically by credit card. I create a new website for them and send them a bill but I don't want it charged automatically (it's a big bill and they should see it before it hits their card). They may want terms on this bills. How can I modify the payment method on an individual job?
  6. My customers are automatically charged for web hosting, but when I manually invoice for web design work, I need them to approve the charge. If their payment type is set to "Pay by credit card" does it automatically charge them when I invoice something, or do they have to pay it manually?
  7. On the products/Services page I have a number of products that I no longer offer. If I delete one, what happens to the existing customers of that product? For example, last year I had a product named "Starter Website" and 12 people signed up for it. Now, I have it "Hidden" so it is not offered. If I delete it, what will those 12 people's record say?
  8. A client has his credit card on file and is automatically charged for hosting charges every month. When I charge him for billable time, though, he does not want his credit card automatically charged. How do I best handle this in WHMCS?
  9. I have 46 entries in "Pending Orders" All of these are orders that have been taken care of -- accepted, rejected, or whatever was called for. Payment Status: various Status: Pending. I would like to empty this list without having any effect on the system, without sending emails or updating any records. How can I do this... and how do I prevent this from filling up again?   10. Our gateway is Paypal Payments Pro so we do enter in customer credit card numbers in the Customer screen. I just assumed that the developer would need admin access to set up the whmcs templates and order process. They will be doing customization work.
  11. Is there anything I can do to protect my clients? The company I am hiring is customizing the whmcs templates so non-geeks can sign up for accounts -- something I very much need.
