  1. I've a new installation of 7.2.3. I've setup POP import and the Cron job and all appears to be working well. The Support Ticket Mail Import Log reports "Ticket Imported Successfully" and I can click on the subject there and read the email. I've tested from multiple email addresses sending to multiple "support department" addresses. Problem is, a ticket is never created. Checked all the logs and anything else I can think of, no errors. Am I just missing a setting somewhere?
  2. Adding the outbound rules as suggested here for Windows Servers seems to have solved the problem - http://help.whmcs.com/m/troubleshooting/l/680894-troubleshooting-order-form-issues
  3. We have a brand new 7.2 install. We've discovered that the domain checker only works using the "Boxes" and "Modern" themes, with all others it get's stuck saying "checking". The logs indicated that the whois call and response is working correctly. I've checked in both Edge and Chrome, no difference. Also tested both with our registrar (NetEarthOne) and the standard inbuilt whois.
