I have a template with them and it's licensed through some sort of Template Licence Manager they own that won't update the license in WHMCS admin. I added a ticket and emailed them about 8 hours ago. we're kind of stuck here and it looks like they might be on vacation or stopped working. Does anyone know about their service? I might need to restore backups if they don't reply. Here is the message on their website:
