  1. Well it looks like my last post was wrong. I'm in the same boat as lance. They haven't looked at or in any responded to my ticket. Stay away from this add-on
  2. I just wanted to update in case somebody else runs into this. This problem only occurred on the Chrome browser when running php 7.0 with mcrypt loaded. I opened a ticket and switching to php 5.6 solved the problem. WHMCS support was not able to recreate the problem on their php 7 test config. I did a comparison of their config and found that they were not loading mcrypt. Problem solved.
  3. I uploaded all files from the full 7.3 download and it didn't fix the problem. Time to open a ticket
  4. I may try and upload the entire contents of the full release. I've got a custom copy of the six template and don't have much modification.
  5. I switched to the six template and it was the same. Good thought though
  6. After upgrade to 7.3.0 I get an Internal Server Error -Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request when I try to respond to a support ticket. The logs have the following error [Fri Oct 13 11:55:20.240595 2017] [core:error] [pid 1036264] [client xxxxxx] End of script output before headers: supporttickets.php, referer: https://www.domain.com/admin/supporttickets.php?action=view&id=xxx. I've tried replacing the supporttickets.php file but it didn't correct it. I turned on error logging but no additional information is displayed.
  7. They've usually been pretty responsive with me but so far it's not looking good.
  8. I opened a ticket with them yesterday. Still no response but not having a couple widgets working isn't the end of the world. If I get any info that might help others when they fix it I'll post it here.
  9. I'm having the same issue after an upgrade. Clicking on the gear icon opens the drop down menu and displays the list of widgets. As soon as you move the cursor off the gear to select a widget the menu closes. I've tried this in several browsers with the same result. I have the Enom Pro module from Circle Tree installed which adds the widgets I'm trying to enable. If I deactivate that module the drop down works correctly. I did replace the admin directory from a full install download. This appears to be related to the addon module. I'm not sure who's problem this is.
  10. Thanks for that link. Why would I want to create a copy of the six template and need to keep it in sync with changes in the automated update process? Why would you bother to have a custom.css file if it gets overwritten anyway? This automated update process is awfully manual.
  11. The customization doc http://developers.whmcs.com/themes/css-styling/ says to make css changes to custom.css and that "This file is included after styles.css allowing you to override any of the CSS defined within it and will not be affected by future updates to the WHMCS software." Am I misreading this or is there an error in the documentation or update process?
  12. When my daily cron runs it is creating a pending module action on my dashboard. When I click on it it indicates that it was a Unknown/Terminate account action and returns a message "order has already been cancelled". Looking at the module log I can see the order number that it's attempting to cancel. I can see that the order number referenced is a market connect ssl order that was cancelled and refunded. I'm not sure what is triggering this to occur every day. How do I stop this from happening every day and is there a way to easily see detailed information on these market connect orders? What they are? What customer are they for?
  13. I installed the update and activated market connect. I had a client who's SSL was about to expire so I decided to use him as a guinea pig. It was my understanding that for cpanel accounts this process was supposed to be completely automated. SSL Certificate Automation cPanel When ordering an SSL Certificate for a cPanel Hosting Account, WHMCS and MarketConnect fully automates the SSL provisioning process. The following actions will be performed without any manual user interaction: SSL Purchase CSR Generation CSR Submission Domain Ownership Verification Retrieval of Issued Certificate Installation In some cases, such as orders for OV and EV SSL Certificates, additional steps to complete the extended validation may be required. Once all the extended validation requirements have been completed, the SSL Certificate will be recognised and installed/provisioned automatically. I placed an order for a certificate but it is still requiring that a csr be created and I'm assuming all the rest of the manual process. It's working as described in the section Any Other Control Panel At this time fully automated provisioning is only supported for cPanel. Ordering an SSL Certificate as a standalone product or as an add-on to anything other a cPanel Hosting Account will require manual input from clients to complete the provisioning process. Upon submission and payment for an SSL Certificate order, the certificate will be provisioned and the customer will receive an email with a link to configure the certificate. They will be asked to provide a CSR and select an approver email address as part of the configuration process. The approver email will be used to validate the certificate request and the certificate issuance. I don't see any settings to tell it that this is a cpanel account. Is this broken or not yet enabled?
  14. Works like a champ in custom.css after clearing cache. Thanks Brian
