  1. Original invoice amount is $100 Payment of $50 applied But the invoice amount still stay $100 on notices, admin and client area etc even while the amount due is now $50 and correct in all calculations. While not a problem by itself it cause unnecessry support calls and misunderstandings when the invoice is still for $100 and not $50 Even if the PDF invoice can't be changed, surely the notices and outstanding invoices can show the DUE AMOUNT for that invoice instead than original invoice amount?
  2. Really guys? WHCMS is no longer relative cheap but after many years of building and improving unable to do anything about the spam via pre-sales contact form? The support spam filter don't seems to have any effect on the pre-sales contact form. I don't even know 2% as much as your guys, but when I redirected my own contact form from main site to whmcs contact, I immediately started to get spam and seems unable to stop it. (and the form is encoded remember) (and rechapta is enabled) (I suspect that there is a script that bypass whmcs rechapta because my own form have a custom one and not really much more than normal to prevent spam and most spam comes from Russia)
  3. I will check but it is then WHMCS problem somewhere. Always worked untill the last upgrades month or two ago and nothing changed (or can be changed) server side. (the error above is from WHMCS self, the cpanel theme is correct paper_lantern Did database search and update and found several so thank you a lot, should work now thanks
  4. The same problem and the case sensitive might be because of internal WHMCS bug (display at least the package with capital letter first, while on database it appear correct as lowercase) Unable to validate setting for cpmod: paper_latern The paper_latern is also not a package, but a cpanel theme that cannot be chanced and part of the package saweb_jbdagents
  5. How on earth can WHCMS justify an increase of 125% for Support & Updates? I recommended WHMCS to many people but with such fee increases no more thank you. Would the next increase be 20000%?
  6. Out of Stock We are currently out of stock on this item so orders for it have been suspended until more stock is available. For further information, please contact us.
  7. Thanks but I already implemented a workaround. Add the database entries via hook with additional "created" field value as NO and if client login, my system create the folders and files and set the created value to Yes. A bit extra database queries but I will try the datafeed suggestion later thanks.
  8. Thanks Brian but I don't think it will work as it require manual action. I build a website builder system and offer a free trial where the necessary folders and files are automatic created. But hmmm ..... can perhaps do it with a workaround if nobody have any other idea. (Store variables in a table. If user login, check to see if there is userid match, if yes, use that to create the folders etc. Not ideal but will work) (I am by the way deaf and learnt as per my slogan, doing and very seldom asking hehehe)
  9. What I am trying to do is to add a hook where variables are send to an external page for processing via get or post. The page is on other domain and involves creating directories so te hook itself won't be able to do that. hook = get variables (userid, domain) and send to an external page. (Same server, other domain. The database can be updated from either side so it's no problem) Do anybody have some ideas please?
  10. Its the default email templates. I checked and the email template show the Invoice Amount so I changed it to Amount Paid.
  11. Invoice amount R621 Paid R371 Balance R250 But the invoice payment confirmation email stated. This is a payment receipt for Invoice 17195 sent on 13/05/2016 Due Date: 04/06/2016 Amount Paid: R621.00

    Admin Theme

This morning the admin side still fitted nicely on my 17" laptop After upgrade it looks as if my 17" is too big because someone designed it on a small tablet. There are open space everywhere and some panels is so small you cannot really read the contents easily.

    Admin Theme

Actually we did and it's worse. The theme is the same but thile I really liked the admin side of whmcs it now looks as if I am back in the year 2000 uhggggggg
  14. That is what I most likely would do too but the fact that I saw on the forum that even more than 2 years ago people complained about the poor layout of the admin area and WHMCS ignored it for two years, totally put me off. (Not to mention the other addons (including FREE), were the layout and integration is for almost ALL much better than the official live chat addon. From free or low cost or new addons one can expect problems and issues yes. but for an OFFICIAL addon, at $6.95 pm and running for more than 2 years to provide the WORST experience.... nope. That is not right and I tried to highlighted this so that WHMCS can improve in this regard (addons)
  15. Johan For your benefit I tried to try and get it working myself as not to waste your time but that several issues still remaining after years got met DISAPPOINTED. It's my right to be, right so far. I opened a support ticket asking for a refund as I was not eager to pay WHMCS monthly for a product that WHMCS don't seems to care about but your support staff ignored the refund request and basically just said will stop the invoicing. I spend several days, initially VERY excited about the many and seemingly excellent "addon's" available but end up with plain nothing to show for that effort. It's because of this that I decided to post a forum post and maybe I am dumb and whatever, but for the sake of my life I cannot see why your forum moderator and administrator (and if I want to be sarcastic, president of the USA) jumped on me like he did. Answer you and ANYBODY me honestly please? Am I wrong and WON'T it be the benefit and good image of WHMCS themselves to put in some quality and other controls in place to ensure that 3rd party addons COMPLIMENT WHMCS and not tarnish it's image as that many did, as is totally evident in even just this one single post.???? (Regarding the Webhosting Talk forum post. YOUR own administrator and moderator asked for it by threatening not only me, but several other people in the past to remove posts. Do that means that the WHMCS forum is fake and all the "bad" posts is removed???)
