I can confirm the same error. When I save an existing addon, the price saves as "monthly" in the DB even when yearly is selected in WHMCS admin. I've submitted a ticket to WHMCS. The error can be manually fixed in table "tblpricing" by changing prices to -1 for periods not in use; and entering correct price for period in use. However any subsequent saving of addon in WHMCS addon will re-introduce the bug, so it's not save to update addons via WHMCS.

SlimPay WHMCS module is not compatible with BACS UK Payments only SEPA
Terra replied to pacwebhosting's topic in Using WHMCS
ah, this explains why Slimpay have been stonewalling me - no reply from them despite several contact emails. -
On a different note, the documentation on changing existing panels appears very poor. This has worked for me to change sort order & colour on the existing domain registration box: Hope this helps anyone else updating their homepanels! PS: Similar to the query raised here https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?104951-Updating-default-panel-colors-on-client-area-homepage , but as the thread is over 180 days old, it can't be updated.

Hi everyone, A while back I asked WHMCS to extend the single sign on functionality: https://requests.whmcs.com/topic/extend-cpanel-single-sign-on-quick-shortcuts-to-other-functions-eg-domain-parking I can't believe I'm the only one who'd find this useful, if there are other WHMCS users who want to see more shortcuts, please go the link above, vote for it & comment! Please do NOT just reply on this forum, as WHMCS won't take it into account. Many thanks, Edith

Hi Brian, Yes, just saw the existing panel so that's great, but the DB query will come in handy for other custom panels I'm writing. Thank you!

ah think I've got it Okay, this should work! Edith

Hi everyone, I'm creating new homepage panels via an action hook, but I'm unsure how I can achieve this: 1. Check if client has unpaid invoices 2. If client has unpaid invoices, provide link to page with unpaid invoice(s) How can I get the client's invoice data in a hook? Do I need to run my own db query or is the data accessible to me in some form? Advice appreciated, Edith

Reseller Usage Stats incorrect for all servers
Terra replied to Terra's topic in Troubleshooting Issues
Hi Chris, Thank you! Here's the info I have: The reseller accounts are owned by themselves Version is WHM 56.0 (build 33) Debug log shows the module fetching the correct stats from the server, but when I look into WHMCS they are incorrect It looks like the cron is fetching the correct stats (they show in the module log) but then in the WHMCS user account it shows the stats from the 1st account fetched from the server. 22-08-2016 12:53 cpanel resellerstats reseller=A*** <resellerstats> <result> ........ <bandwidthlimit>204800</bandwidthlimit> <bwoverselling>0</bwoverselling> <diskoverselling>0</diskoverselling> <diskquota>15360</diskquota> <diskused>8203.98</diskused> <reseller>A***</reseller> <status>1</status> <statusmsg>Fetched Reseller Data OK</statusmsg> <totalbwalloc>145401</totalbwalloc> <totalbwused>17098.28</totalbwused> <totaldiskalloc>14457</totaldiskalloc> </result> </resellerstats> <!-- Web Host Manager 11.56.0.33 (c) cPanel, Inc. 2015 http://cpanel.net/ Unauthorized copying is prohibited. --> 22-08-2016 12:53 cpanel resellerstats reseller=B*** <resellerstats> <result> ..... <bandwidthlimit>204800</bandwidthlimit> <bwoverselling>0</bwoverselling> <diskoverselling>0</diskoverselling> <diskquota>15360</diskquota> <diskused>5657.38</diskused> <reseller>B***</reseller> <status>1</status> <statusmsg>Fetched Reseller Data OK</statusmsg> <totalbwalloc>99193</totalbwalloc> <totalbwused>18296.57</totalbwused> <totaldiskalloc>9000</totaldiskalloc> </result> </resellerstats> <!-- Web Host Manager 11.56.0.33 (c) cPanel, Inc. 2015 http://cpanel.net/ Unauthorized copying is prohibited. --> 22-08-2016 12:53 cpanel resellerstats reseller=C*** <resellerstats> <result> ..... <bandwidthlimit>102400</bandwidthlimit> <bwoverselling>0</bwoverselling> <diskoverselling>0</diskoverselling> <diskquota>6144</diskquota> <diskused>3338.87</diskused> <reseller>C***</reseller> <status>1</status> <statusmsg>Fetched Reseller Data OK</statusmsg> <totalbwalloc>70481</totalbwalloc> <totalbwused>7935.91</totalbwused> <totaldiskalloc>5298</totaldiskalloc> </result> </resellerstats> <!-- Web Host Manager 11.56.0.33 (c) cPanel, Inc. 2015 http://cpanel.net/ Unauthorized copying is prohibited. --> And WHMCS shows for all 3 resellers: Disk Usage: 8204 MB, Disk Limit: 15360 MB, 53% Used :: BW Usage: 17098 MB, BW Limit: 204800 MB, 8% Used (Last Updated: 22-08-2016 12:53) I don't understand how the cron can fetch the correct info from server, but show the incorrect info in WHMCS package page? Not sure how I can fix this? best regards, Edith -
Hi, I'm using cPanel servers with WHMCS 6.3.1 (inc security patch). For the daily cron that updates the usage stats, the cron runs, connection to servers is successful but all resellers for the server show the same usage stat, looks like it takes the stats of 1 user and then applies it to all resellers on the same server. The shared hosting accounts (individual accounts) all update correctly, but the stats for resellers are all wrong. Is this a known bug or something I'm doing wrong? Advice appreciated. best regards, Edith

Hi, I'm looking to use WHMCS with Xero and am looking for feedback on the two available integrations: Edge Hosting (which appears to be endorsed by Xero): https://edgehosting.uk/whmcs-xero-addon and OneSaaS: http://www.onesaas.com/integrate/xero-with-whmcs Anyone using either, and has any feedback? Many thanks, Edith

Just got this from Afilias Technical Support (.PRO domains): The old 'whois.registrypro.pro' is no longer working, just times out, the new one above works fine: .pro|whois.afilias.net|NOT FOUND

I've currently got the Affiliate system set up to pay out a one-off %. I'm considering changing this to recurring, but am worried that this will apply recurring commission on all active affiliate referrals. The one-off % is higher than the recurring %, if affiliates were to get both, it would be too high in total. Does anyone have experiencing switching from one-off to recurring and how this affects existing affiliate orders? Many thanks, Edith
