  1. Agree also! Definitely one of the most looked at parts of my WHMCS. Unless you are on the Dashboard (which we are usually not) there is now no way to see if there has been a ticket reply or if an order needs to be processed 😕 I'd like to see a notification of some sort for both in the header and the sidebar in the next release asap.
  2. great, looks like that did the trick Thank you!!
  3. Thanks for your response. I really just want to disable any Account Suspensions from occuring on both Saturdays/Sundays. Is a way to do that?
  4. I am also getting the above email. I have my cron set so it does not run on Sundays. Is it possible to turn off the "WHMCS Daily System Cron Attention Needed" email?
  5. Hi, I'm an Australian host would like to hear some options from those who have used the various modules available for integration between WHMCS v7.1.2 and Xero. Pros and cons, support response times, etc! Thanks in advance
  6. Thanks for your reply, indeed I did find history reflecting a change to the 'order'. I'm still unsure why the order total has not updated when it clearly shows one line item of $240.00 on both the order and invoice.
  7. Hi There, I have a weird issue! On a Pending client order (paid in advance), I have 1 x line item for $240.00, yet the order Amount at the top shows $1440.00 ?? This was invoiced at $240 and paid $240.00.... I'm now not game to accept it as it may throw by figures out? How can I fix this? Thanks
  8. Thanks for the response. How can I get some action on this? Can I take the project on to get it to completion?
  9. Hi There, I just signed up with Payment Express also.... they still claim full recurring billing integration with WHMCS today in 2015... yet they still don't provide it!!! Refer thread in 2011 where they still claimed the same thing. http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?45172-Payments-Express-DPS-Recurring-payments-API&highlight=payment+express+recurring Payment Express claim they are waiting for WHMCS to respond to them which is holding up them whole thing. Can anyone from WHMCS confirm this please? Apparently this has been followed up with you multiple times. Cheers
  10. Hi Davey, thanks for your reply. Sorry for the delay, I didn't get an email notification after subscribing to the thread. I tried putting that in the .htaccess file, no joy. I'll create a ticket. Thanks!
  11. Getting super frustrated with this one.... I've been troubleshooting this issue since I got my WHMCS licence a year or so ago. There are many mentions of this bug in threads but no valid solution anywhere! The VIEW PDF button on dmin/invoices.php?action=edit& redirects to the client login screen instead of showing a pdf. The DOWNLOAD PDF button also used to do this but I was able to fix it editing viewinvoice.tpl .... this template is now encrypted in the latest version so I'm totally locked out. Please advise fix for this asap. Thanks
  12. SOLVED! (always the way just after you post!) It was occurring because the redirect was going to https://www and my SSL was setup with no www. I simply added the full domains name to the dl.php link shown above.
  13. I'm having issues with the "Download" link on the bottom of the invoice on viewinvoice.php in the Client Front End. <a href="dl.php?type=i&id={$invoiceid}">{$LANG.invoicesdownload}</a> Instead of downloading a .pdf like it does in the Admin backend it redirects to the login page. Once logged in it does not produce the .pdf either... I've had a look at viewinvoice.tpl and dl.php and can't really see anything out of order. Any ideas??? Thanks!
  14. I am having this problem also. This is quite an old ticket, did anyone find a solution?
