Yes, that is the first thing they asked for in my review. I sent them the link to both of the pages and told them that when ordering anything on the site users are required to accept both before being able to complete a order. They then asked for my Proof of ID and to send it via a ticket and attach it. I did that about 2 weeks ago. So after a week I didn't get a reply I called them and they said that someone would reply to my ticket in 24 hrs. No reply for a few days so I open another ticket doing the same thing 5 days later after sending my 2nd ticket with the ID they didn't reply. Soon as the office opens today I will call and if the support people give me the shoulder I will ask for a manger cause the first phone call they showed no effort in trying to help.
