I know this has come up in the past (like years ago). But I just got an Amazon Payment account. So, I'm wondering if WHMCS be looking into this at all?

Who ever is reading the feedback must be able to separate the wheat from the chaff.... be it a one man shop or a multi-tech support department. Agreed, not being able to enable per defined department I believe severely reduces it value.
Seems as though a change to the ticket is treated as a new ticket and therefore goes to the bottom of the que. Perhaps it can coded to remember the ID and keep it in place vice treating as a new ticket.
Have a suggestion to give the user some feed back while their ticket is still in the que waiting for a response.
Would it not be possible to use the ticket table. Take the respective users ticket number. Do a comparison in the table has to how far that ticket is from the top of the que (table) and display some type of indicator to the user?
They will provide a line of code for you to add to the cart. I think there may be some issue if you have multiple payment gateways. I did pose that question to the 2CO support folks but they didn't have a real answer.
Jack at Zomex will do a full integration. The quality of his work is nothing short of outstanding. Jack is customer oriented and that attitude is reflected in his support. Zomex prices may not be the best but his work is.
