  2. Yes this is encoded like WHMCS. - - - Updated - - - There is a REAM_ME.txt file in the addon. If you still have questions please let me know the specifics.
  3. What kind of integration are you referring to? We developed a module that automatically logs the user into Kayako when they log into WHMCS and also re-did the Kayako template using the bootstrap framework that the default WHMCS template uses so it looks seamless. We do not have it for sale as we did it for our own installation, but would this be something people are interested in?
  4. Why not allow an override for the system URL just like you do the template? The override variable could be placed in config.php and this would solve the problem? Or at least provide us a hook point that would allow us to override the settings if we wanted (this would probably be better and more versatile). Can we pay for this as a custom modification? It would probably take you about 30 seconds to add a hook there
  5. We were interested in this as well and we did as Ishan suggested and it seems to be working well. This was done for cPanel. I will try to review the code and see if it's possible to perhaps write this as an Addon module to work from within the WHMCS control panel if it is useful to others.

  8. Sorry I missed this. Not it only changes the account passwords from WHMCS and the servers control panel password (i.e. cPanel). - - - Updated - - - Please submit a ticket and we can check this. The addon uses the built in WHMCS API to perform the reset actions so as long as those are working this should be working.
  9. We have this same problem. Ticket YIP-847414 - What was the solution? Re-uploaded files and nothing is working.
  10. There is no reason to open a PayPal dispute. If you are unsatisfied we will gladly provide a refund. The log in modules are working, and we demonstrate the Engage version on our website to prove this is working. We have to use whatever email address the third party service (i.e. facebook/twitter) provides, this isn't something we can control. However, if they are blank, we can always check this for you. What is your ticket ID in our helpdesk?
  11. When the plugin detects an account with the same email it will ask them to log in with the existing account to merge them.
  12. I think patches should still be provided for critical issues which completely break parts of the software vital to its operation or the businesses operation that uses the software. For minor issues, patches are not really needed. How can we get this patch as well? Is a ticket required? Perhaps adding a thread for each release containing hot fixes would be easier.
