  1. Have you discussed this with Steve at GoHigherIS? Your problem is probably covered by their support. Try opening a ticket.
  2. It seems like a relatively simple item to fix, but then again I don't have to fix it. When can we expect to see 5.3? What ever happened to the commitment to a 6 week update cycle?

  4. The issue is the trailing slash (billadmin/) in your configuration.php file. I had the same problem. Prior to 5.2.7 you needed a trailing slash to use a hidden folder, now you do not.
  5. So then, does this require a paid modification by you whenever products are added or deleted?
  6. What's the status on this service? The website has been offline for several days.
  7. I have just had a client complete the post ticket survey while he was on the phone with me. I did not get any message or indication in the system that the survey was done. How is this information sent to us?
  8. What version of WHMCS are you on? If 5.2, have you updated your api setting in the reseller club module?
  9. Why wouldn't you want them to be able to manage a domain that they own?
  10. Unless you have a renewal there is nothing to change. The expiry typically will be the same for 354 out of 365 syncs.
  11. You have create them separately. Preferably in whm first, then in WHMCS to match.
  12. There is apparently an update to come, so don't assume too much. WHMCS staff have mentioned this updated many times, but it has never been released.
